I am very angry because my credit score is affected

When I checked my credit score this morning I saw a hard enquiry was made against my name for FNB EDG Multi Product. This is wrong I never ever interacted with FNB let alone this FNB EDG MULTI PRODUCT. I don't know this people and this enquiry is disturbing and is affecting my credit score. Can this hard enquiry be removed under my name.
