I am tired of FNB

I am tired am fnb like seriously guys, you are not making our life easier. I complained just few weeks again regarding my personal loan and credit cards, my insurance is paying for both but fnb keeps on debiting my account calling bank charges which cost me 110 every time they debit my account unsuccessful, they payed me back on the 5th November than boom on the 12th they tried to collect again n loan is paid for, right now I will like to close my account with fnb am tired
