I am strugglin with FNB, I have Personal Banker, that I have to pay for, but she does not not respond to emails or phone calls or messages left

I am strugglin with FNB, I have Personal Banker, that I have to pay for, but she does not not respond to emails or phone calls or messages left. I am not happy with them as there are stuff going of my account and they do not assist to rectify it, I have been struggling for over a month now. I have asked that my Personl Bankers Manager contact me, to get my issue resolved, but nothing yet. When you phone in to the bank, they transfer you from one department to the next and then the phone dies.
