I am STILL waiting to get my money back from FNB after they *******ly took R11500 out of my account due to a load being handed over but payment arrangements have been made with the attorneys. This LACK of communication is horrific!!!!! Apparently there isn't anything FNB can do now, after FNB TOOK MY MONEY, like I really believe that FNB can do nothing about giving MY hard earned money back, that I NEED TO SURVIVE! *****S. Sic**** They're QUICK to take your money but they SUCK at giving it back. LUDICROUS! I am a PRIVATE client and this is how I get treated. I will NEVER use FNB again.
