I AM STILL AWAITING ACCEPTANCE OF MY OFFER AND THIS CARD REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE AND REPORT! YOU ARE BLOCKING ME FROM DOING MY JOB, I AM CLAIMING LOSS OF INCOME FROM YOU FOE EVERY DAY YOU *********** PEOPLE TAKE TO JUST ANSWER ME! YOU KEEP ANSWERI
They don't deserve one star, if I could I would give them a minis 10, that is how ridiculously *********** they are. I was e-mailed again by a lady by the name of Natasha. She also rep**** to my previous complaints. She does not read the full e-mail, just the top part and replies the same thing as before and not even what I complained about or asked for. NATASHA, COULD YOU PLEASE READ MY MAIL AGAIN! PLEASE READ THE FULL MAIL, READ TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT JUST TO REPLY! I MADE AN OFFER TO PAY FOR THE STUPID CARD, THAT IS NOT MINE, ALSO FOR FNB TO REMOVE IT FROM MY CREDIT RECORD AND PROFILE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! AS THIS CARD WAS ALREADY PUT ON MY CREDIT REPORT FOR 5 YEARS IN 2011 AND TAKEN OFF AFTER 5 YEARS, AS PER THE CREDIT LAW. THEN THE SAME CARD WAS PUT BACK ON MY CREDIT PEOFILE AGAIN IN 2019, WHICH IS ******* AND IS CALLED DOUBLE JEAPRODY, WE ARE NOW IN YEAR 6. NATASHA, READ TO UNDERSTAND, DON'T READ TO REPLY! I AM CLAIMING LOSS OF INCOME FROM FNB EVERY DAY, AS YOU ARE BLOCKING ME FROM DOING MY JOB. ONLY YOU! I AM ALSO CHALLENFING THIS IN COURT. LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT. IN THE MEAN TIME, I WANT THIS OFFER ACCEPTED AND THIS CARD TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT PROFILE.AND CREDIT REPORT, WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! I AWAIT YOUR ACCEPTANCE LETTER, NY NO LATER THAN 22 JANUARY 2024. I AM SICK OF WAITING FOR ***********, LAZY PEOPLE, WHO HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT IS TO PUT IN A DAYS HARD WORK!
You reply with a reference number and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Then you add your own private Hellopieter e-mail address, as to keep others from seeing how bad you really are. I am not going to reply to that e-mail. Other people have the right to see what you guys dot to clients.

Do you know how long January is for all of us? Now you have blocked me from getting my car, *******l, which I am claiming loss of income for.
I am tired of you guys not having a clue how to resolve a client complaint as you can not even read the full complaint and request.

I might be down now, but I still know way to many people, that yoj cannot afford to publish this story. They will not he as nice as Hellopeter to block out some words. They are not even swear words.
I don't use swear words at all. I believe people who use swearwords, have a lack of education in languages. It is also very disgraceful and people should never talk like that, to anyone of of anyone. Not even in general. It shows poor character. I will never stoop that low.
I will however stand up for what is right.
What you as FNB employees are doing, is damaging the Compamy Name that you work for, because you do not do your job.
