I am so so so tired of incompetency, bad service and trying to fix YOUR PROBLEMS!!!!

I have spend more than an hour this morning, firstly at a branch, and then almost the same time on the phone trying to get hold of assistance! I bought stuff at 2 shops on the 2nd of March, Eastgate Centre, and got sms notifications on the same day that the amounts went off! And then suddenly yesterday I got notifications that the amounts went off now, almost 4 WEEKS after the purchases! Now my budget is *****ed because of your incompetency! In which universe does a purchase go off 4weeks later. After being notified that it went off??? I wont be able to pay my car as planned on the 1st. Who is going to take responsibility for this???? This is all your fault, incompetency and responsibility!!!
