I AM SO OVER FNB , Epic Fail

I AM SO OVER FNB , i cant believe they can be this useless. Ok so after my last review I received a call informing me that the Debit order I have been asking to change for 2 months now will be changed and the fees they keep taking for unpaid debit orders will be reversed as im paying them cash as i have no income .

NOW a week later......

The Debit order has STILL NOT been changed The accounts that I pay cash on the 26th has run ANOTHER debit order on the 27th so AGAIN im paying unpaid Fees of R110 a shot The Loan that was Approved to be paid for the next 6 months by my CPP plan ( Which I pay for monthly ) has still not been paid And lastly they have Reversed the funds they paid back 2 me after realizing they mistake the 1st time so now again I am being panelized for their uselessness

I am taking my business to another BANK , will never recommend FNB to anyone ever again
