I am so mad at FNB, I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I lost my phone on Tuesday night, then on Wednesday 24/02/2020 I went in the FNB brach at Clear Water to change my number of the phone that is lost, then I only to realize this afternoon that the lost phone with an FNB app made a *****. The FNB approved the R50 000 personal loan without my consent. This afternoon 25/02/2021 at 15:00 I went to the branch at Rand Park mall and the brach told me that the only thing I could do is to repay the loan with the interest. I am a private banker of FNB, and I have a home loan with them but FNB failed me by approving the personal loan without my approval. I have a seven days notice account with FNB exceeding the money of the loan, how could the bank approve the loan that I don't even need without any security check. The way am so frastrated I am going to move my savings, my home loan and all my bankings to a reputable Bank with a proper security. I am a private banker for nothing at FNB if the branch is telling me to pay for a personal loan I did not apply for.
