I am so disgusted with my transfer from Standard bank to FNB I wish i never did it.

I am so disgusted with my transfer from Standard bank I wish i never did it.

It first started with me transferring from Standard bank on the 25 of January. Sat in the branch for more than 3 hours to get all my prep done to make the transition faster.

All debit orders moving of Loan and Credit card etc. All went well and according to the person from the branch, I can change my term etc after they moved my accounts. That never happened they say I can't do it. But Finally, I got the money for my loan and is in order.

Today I received my Credit card and activated my card and all was fine till I phoned to assist me because I can't see available funds. Phone and spoke with 3 different departments and no can say to whom I should submit my payslip for them to make the funds available. By the way, I have submitted my payslip at the branch... Still no help and card still blocked!!!!

This is after I had to redo all my debit moves because they capture it wrong at the branch. Also what a struggle to make my payments dates the first of every month after I said 10 times I want all my stuff to go off at the 1st of every month
