I am residing in the UK, but continue to have a business in South Africa

I am residing in the UK, but continue to have a business in South Africa. FNB blocked my account due to FICA. I had to go to South Africa and submit all my information including Tax information and source documents for my income. I had to go into the Menlyn Maine branch 4 times, each time waiting up to 3 hours or 4. I am 83 years old. I appointed my daughter as mandate and gave all her information too. I told them that I needed to use my account in UK and Portugal too. After several visits and a to and fro, the consultant assured me everything was in order. Whilst in South Africa my cards and online banking were working. I got back to the UK and my bank card stopped working. Then my daughter said my online banking was frozen. I have contacted all the numbers I could find but no answer. What do I do now
