I am on Debt Review and loan and credit card accounts have been separated

I am on Debt Review and loan and credit card accounts have been separated. So I asked FNB to close my day day accounts but it was rejected. I have been waiting over a week for someone to call me. I paid funds into my cheque's account to square the amount owing and now fees are racking up because FNB rejected my request. I am not prepaid to pay the fees on that account because FNB is being prejudice to a client on Debt Review
