I AM NOW IN DEPT BECAUSE THEY WERE DELAYING

I got an SMS this morning stating I am R2483.45 over my credit card limit for R3000. Yesterday my outstanding balance on the account was R3019.00 of which I immediately paid over R200 to ensure I am not even the R19 over my limit till the end of the month when I will Settle my R3000 amount as usual.thinking my card had been cloned, I phone the bank this morning and they said that The Grove Mall and FNB had a delay in banking transactions to SUCH AN EXTENT that they did not even reflect the purchases on the clients outstanding balance side of the credit card resulting in me not being able to budget at all. This delay was from April already!!!! I cannot pay this and am now in a negative balance which was not in my planning and all they say is.. well mam, you will have to pay for it. IS THIS TRULY THE BANK I WANT TO BANK WITH? Not even my internet banking shows my correct spending!!!! how should I budget? NO NOTICE OFR THIS, OR LETTER OR WARNING NOTHING!!
