I am not your client fnb!!

Every 4 days I get an sms or email from compliance at fnb requesting I update my fica documents or else it will result in restricted use of your FNB bank account.

The problem is that I am not an fnb client and no one has been able to assist me over the span of 2 weeks now. It is ridiculous and I feel an abuse that my personal information is being held unnecessarily.
