I am not just an account number but a person too

Good day, <br> <br> I need urgent help. I was unable to pay my FNB loans due to being unemployed. I have since found employment but earning a fraction of what I did before, i.e R40 000 to 10 000.<br> <br> I am battling to make ends meet and trying to pay all my debts. Today FNB Loans deducted almost R4000 from my cheque account today. I was not notified and no arrangements were made. I don't know how I will make it over this festive period as this was my rent and grocery money. I am responsible for my unemployed wife and 3 kids aged 6, 3 and my 2 month old bay to take care of. I have no idea how we are going to survive. <br> <br> I understand that I have obligations to pay my Loan, but I will probably now lose my job as I cannot afford even make it to work. Please assist me by even reducing or reversing the amount as it is not at all relative what I earn. Please show me some human compassion in this difficult period. <br> <br> Regards<br>
