I am not happy with FNB because they tried to scarm me now

I have a policy under FNB that Covers Dead, Terminal illness or Retrenchment. So now I got Retrenchment 3Months back and I claimed at FNB under this policy but now they refused to pay me, I even showed them the profe that the policy covers Dead, illness or Retrenchment, then they said they will call me back and now is 1month two weeks still no call no emails.
