I am not even shocked

I have been waiting for more than a month for a refund on my Fitbit versa watch that broke the Tech guys (I had to phone numerous times) and it came that they are waiting for a credit note from the repair center got a reference number (after I had to phone ***) So I have phoned and got another Ref number and I spoke to a lady (did not get her name) she guaranteed me that I will get phoned back in 24 hours and what a SHOCK when I did NOT get a call phoned again (for the 12th time) ans Lerato picked up the phone and once again gave me another ref number CAS457546 and he guaranteed me that I will get a call in 24-48 hours and imagine my shock again when NO ONE CALLED me SHOCKER

so I would like to get feedback ASAP as we all know FNB is no good with feedback
