Warning to All. FNB Private Wealth has debited my account with over R40,000 of online transactions which I have not authorised. Many of these have been duplicated many times and have the exact same reference numbers and amounts. I have made several attempts to have this resolved at many levels and are just getting nowhere. The expect me to make contact with the merchants - I have absolutely no idea who they are. At this point it looks like they could be Israeli... I not getting any help or support from a bank that has release MY money to a third party which I have not authorised.
