I am not able to reverse a debit order with FNB ****en useless bank
Africa bank debited me early on the 17th instead of the 28th, for some reason they think all companies get bonuses or get paid Early on December and my company does not do that **** the of paying us early so african bank took my last money that was for transport to go to work. I tried reversing the money via my useless FNB bank app and it says I am not able to reverse the money, so if you are using FNB to or you are thinking of using FNB just know that you are not able to reverse a debit order I am warning you

18 Dec 2021, 12:38I spoke you a FNB agent yesterday and she said yea I will be able to reverse the debit order after 24hours of the debit, but today I tried reversing it and I couldn’t, and when I asked another agent today he tells me I can’t reverse it. I love using FNB but the service is really bad
