They way I have it with fnb, I do not know why I am still banking with them. Last night I had +15000.00 into my account only to wake up unsuccessful debit orders. My funeral policies are part of that. sort this nonsense if anything should happened to my family whilst I am not covered. You keep on explaining nonsense. fix this or I am heading to ombudsman
