I went to African bank to do a loan for R30000. They settled my Fnb loan and they disbursed R24566.93 into my Fnb account on the 04 August 2020. I only withdrew R2000 on the 04 August 2020. Than on the same date on the 4th of August 2020 my mtn cellphone network was down . I didn't even know what was happening .On the same day I had received a random call from someone who had all my personal details, including my card number. And was even telling me how much I got in details.I didn't answer them.

later on I than started having an issue with my network. So i though it was due to bad network as we were having fiber installed in my area and that could be the cause as I was not the only person with network issues.

Than the following day on the 05 August 2020 I went to Mtn , I was advised my sim card has been blocked . I than went to African bank to advise them that funds are missing in my Fnb account, I was advised to go back to Fnb as there is nothing they could do. So after I went to the Fnb at ( Elloff branch) She advised that they had withdrew R18287 from my account. I was told R2000 was taken to Old mutual. They were other amount to a value of R1500 withdrawn from the website. So after i was literally depressed , crying as well . I went home as it was late.

On the 06 August 2020 I went to the Fnb ( Maponya mall branch ) were I was advised that the amount has been frozen due to the investigation as I had reported it on the 05 August 2020. The guy advised me that he could see the funds as they had not cleared to the people who stole them. So the money was frozen. Than on the 11 August I received messages regarding disputes for these amount.Except R18287. I went to the bank again I was advised by the same guy that the money is still showing . It still under investigation. Today I am told that my matter is finalized . And that I wont get my money back. so i am really really not happy as i am being punished for something I didn't use. Can i have feedback on the matter ASAP.This is my livelihood as no one just goes to borrow money for fun unless they need it. So can i be help ASAP.Or i am taking you to the ombudsman and media.
