I am extremely frustrated with FNB's service

I am extremely frustrated with FNB's service. I need a contributions certificate for my retirement annuity, and it's not available on the app. When I reach out to agents on secure chat, they are never able to assist and only give me contact details for other departments. Calling the provided number results in holding for 30 minutes, only to be told I need to be transferred, after which I end up holding indefinitely until I give up. This is such a simple request, yet it proves how difficult it is to achieve anything when you have to interact with the humans at FNB. Terrible service!
