I am done with FNB and its issues.

I am so done with FNB! Been with them since 2016 but i've had it!! I had app**** for a personal loan, called on the 28th of April and the consultant helped me pay the settlement amount, the balance was now 0.00

On the 3rd of May the app showed -67.00 with a new settlement amount of 69.32 and i still paid.. don't know what i was thinking.

Today i'm checking and the app says the balance is 0.00 with a settlement amount of 1.99.. called them to ask and the consultant says the app was still processing!!!! WHY WOULD IT TAKE THAT LONG!! from the 28th of April til today???

Cool, so the app has issues and I shouldn't have paid the 69.32.. but i didn't know that. Are they gonna refund i asked? the consultant said no. so, i just laughed and said thank you.

It's such things that led me to decide to move from FNB. Contacted HR to move my salary to my Discovery acc and month-end I am closing the FNB one.
