I AM DONE WITH FNB

I am beyond fed up with FNB. Without communicating with me, they decided to transfer all the money in my savings pocket to a cheque ACC with a R350 cr balance. On top of that they debited my account with an amount of R801.96 for a personal loan to which I had already made payment. I am closing all my FNB accounts as I have had enough of how they do as they please with people's accounts. If the idea was to settle the R350 Cr balance in the cheque ACC, why transfer EVERYTHING from savings?? I am done! FNB is absolutely disgusting!
