I am DISGUSTED

I am DISGUSTED! firstly I made twelve calls yesterday trying to get hold of an attorney, only to be passed from one department to thee other and WAITING!

a couple of weeks ago I called fnb to relay my displeasure with the type of service I received from Kern Attorneys. The law firm is attending to my two cases, both cases were supposed to be moved to a different firm. To my surprise they are still handing one case, the other case has been moved.

When I inquired with fnb they advised me that the other consultant was on leave hence the matter wasn't dealt with. I spoke to Khuliso who degraded my matter as a "slight delay." For me the matter is no small thing as I have lost money and a lot of time! This is how I am treated.

Today I spoke to Shodine, she confirmed that Lerato is the person who is dealing with all my claims(even the most recent claim which was allocated to her yesterday) . Due to the recent inactions I want a different consultant with speedily deal with my matters!!

I also need to mention that at the end of today's call with Shodine, I told her I'll stay on the line to rate the call. She literally hung up on me!! I am disappointed and disgusted!!
