I am being ********** by the credit card I didn't even want

I had purchased a property last year and the consultant had convinced me to open an fnb account last year with a pay as you transact option because this would benefit me by giving me a lower interest rate. I was going to take the credit card option but fbn could not match the superb service and interest given to me by standard bank so I was just supposed to take the premium account with a pay as you transact option. Upon registration on the app I see a credit card account. I had called in last year and after being redirect many many times I finally got through to someone who said that they will close the account and reverse all charges. More than a year later the credit card account still exists and the card fees and now interest charges are piling up on a credit card I didn't want. I want this card removed and its only fair that I should not be liable for the card and interest charges. I never used this facility at all nor do I intend on using it. I called in on Monday this week and kept on being redirected, this is utterly disgusting. This is 1 way fnb is ripping me off. I think I am better off closing off my account and just keeping the home loan. To think I was almost on the verge of migrating my accounts to fnb. Standard bank is a far superior bank
