I am being charged interest on money I DONT owe

I am being charged interest on money I DONT owe,

upon reviewing my statement for the Covid Cashflow relief loan, I came to find that they did not allocate all the funds, and yet I am being charged for the full amount!!!

I have been struggling to get a hold of any one from the Cashflow relief help desk

They do not answer the following line at all! ***
