I am being bul**** by FNB
Hello everyone! I need to help with knowing how to deal with this issue I am having with FNB at the moment. So, early July, I disputed a payment on my CC for service not render from an airline agency, FNB responded last month and in the mist they informed me that they was another unauthorised payment from my CC and without hearing or investigating further, they rushed into paying back the money into my account together with the one for my dispute. I was very busy at that time with studies, so in-between, I used most of the cash in my CC, just to find out few days later that FNB, without notifying, wiped out my CC account, then later sent me an sms saying I have exceeded my credit limit and I need to pay back about R18000. I thought the sms was just a mistake, so I didn't pay much attention to it, until I received another one and I dug deeper into my account to find out that there is a debit order scheduled for 1 Oct for R16721. below is the complaint I sent to them if you have the time to read all of it.
Please some advice will be appreciated. I feel so much bul**** by FNB right now for their own mistake and their are not even professional enough to reach out to me, make a mans and explore ways to rectify the issue. Nope, they just go at it and make me stressed.
------------- Good day, I am sending this complaint because it is the only way to get you to attend it to quickly. I would like to complaint about the way FNB Credit Card office is handling an excess on my Aspire credit card that their themselves created.
So, a while back I put through a dispute for a payment on my CC from an airline company who is being attended to. In the mist of that I got a call from FNB last month to alert me that their noticed an unauthorized withdrawals from my CC account and their will be reverting it, the communication was not to clear on my side and I was heavily busy out of town. I told the agent I will look into it and thank you for notifying me. They just proceeded without further engagement to pay back the money into my CC account. Be it as it may, being still busy, I did not look further into it and I used the money they paid back. few days later without notifying me, again, FNB just wiped out my CC account, ***urge people! No one has called me since to explain the nature of that and I have since received 2 subsequent emails asking me to pay an excess on my CC. When I got the first one, I ignored it since I was still busy with induction on campus, then I got the second one, which prompted me to go look int my app to realise that there is a debit order scheduled for R16721 for 1Oct. I would like this not to go off and please note that I am sending a complaint as well to the ombudsmen for bullying and unprofessional-ism by FNB. Thank you!
