I am at witts end right now, its a constant struggle with FNB!

My overdraft has been paid. I have balance in my account.

Now I can not make any payments to my credit card and revolving loan because it gives a notification "transaction not permitted". I contacted the secure chat, and all they can tell me is "sorry, your account has been blocked"

Please, please help me to get my account unblocked. You can go on my profile and see everything is paid up to date.

Please can this be sorted out as soon as possible.
