I always facing difficulties when I submitting my claim to FNB LIFE

I always facing difficulties when I submitting my claim to FNB LIFE.i submitted my HCP claim June 09/06/2026 they received the claim and work on it but what they did is not good they notified me about the outstanding document after 15 working days but the turnaround time is 5-10 working days.i found the outstanding form which was CMR I emailed it on the 27 August 2026 to finalize my claim but until now there is no finalization of my claim no updates from the claim assessor nothing I have to phone the consultant each and everyday doing a follow-up but only to find out there's no update/finalization until now turnaround time is over now but my claim is still not finalized.i am not happy with this.this is not my 1st time facing difficulties in claim process.i take this as a disrespectful to me as a client..I need my claim to be resolved by now.
