Husband now owns 50 %of the bond 😱😱

A simple refund taking up to nearly up to 3 months to be process !!!!!! Now they telling me they following a strict process & my husband automatically has 50 % by law of the bond that's nonsense when the bond is in arrears they don't contact my husband when the debit order don't go off they don't contact my husband when any other changes need to made they don't contact my husband so now when R253 must be paid out my husband now owns 50 % of the bond

WHY CANT THE CEO OF FNB CALL ME & PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE
