Hurt and waiting to change my banking to a better Bank to avoid such incompetence

***** was done on my account and instead of the bank fixing their negligence by allowing a payment to go through from my account without me receiving an OTP. Now I cancelled the card and am at a branch and they still can't give me a temporary card since they claim they have to order me a new card
