Hung up call
I have been on the line with FNB for 16 minutes and I spoke to a girl by the name of Tshepiso. Firstly she shouted at me and told me not to raise my voice on her which i did not do. i then mentioned her that were did everything go wrong for her to shout at me.. She then just stopped talking and hung up the call. i had to call again. waste of money and my airtime
