Humiliated at FNB Soshanguve Crossing.

I have never felt so humiliated in my life. On Sunday (18/08/20) Someone sent me an e-wallet (R1300). I went to a stand alone FNB ATM. When I wanted to withdraw the machine indicated that I can only get R1200. Which I accepted. All notes were R200 notes. I then drove to the grocery shop where i noticed that one note (R200) was cover with ink on both sides.

Yesterday (19/08/20) I went to the branch (FNB- Soshanguve Crossing). I presented my case and I was referred to the manager. The manager was not interested in my explanation. She just said FNB ATMs do not accept or dispense notes like that. I then asked where do you think I got it. Shen then said I should tell her that. After a while she then decided that she will log a call to investigate but she does not know how long will this matter take before its resolved.

I don't mind the processes. I was just humiliated by the treatment and the tone used when she was speaking to me. She was actually speaking at me and not with me
