Humiliated and Disrespected my FNB employees and call centre staff
I had logged a complaint two weeks ago and until now it has not been resolved. I had app**** for a temporal loan the system keeps on giving an technical error however they promised me it has been solved which is a lie ... It has been long battle with the branch and call centre ... I have been disrespected and humiliated by FNB employees but still nothing has been done the latest they ask the branch to update my address but still nothing has changed... My question is am I being ignored and disrespected because I am a Black Woman so my complain is not important ... I don't want NO apologies I want my query to be resolved or I change banks and go were I will be appreciated as a client.
