HUGE service failures

I was told it takes 5 business days from 10 July to downgrade my current account. today is 30 July which is way past that turnaround time and i have no feedback. is this the service you give your clients? i am not paying any pro rata fees past 17 July 2024 and i want a detailed statement of fees charged and this done immediately.
