Huge security risk

Endless ****in problems. Over 1 month and ha ah I cannot keep up with the PROBLEMS.

How do you allow a debit order to go off if the Debi check was declined?

I deliberately declined the Debi check cuz the dates was incorrect. I received notifications from FNB that the Debi check was declined but yet you still went and processed it. This is supposed to be a secure environment but you allow this **** to happen. Some dangerous **** I tell you. And if you do decide to call please let it be a manager because I am tired so tired of being told I will get a call back
