hp envy problems 6 laptop in one year

hay yes my laptop crashed they replaced the laptop but , with a lower spec pc and then wen I told them I want to cancel my contract they did not call me back? they tell my wife, they will call me and I am waiting 3 day's for them to call me (Palouw Daniels) was the guy had to call me back, I have wanted to move all my accounts to FNB but now I will think twice....!!<br> <br> very bad serves from a TOP bank ... to me they are a ****py bank now <br> <br> my ref no: 813404
