How to get a response from FNB

Unfortunately shouting on social media or raising your concerns via this platform seems to be the only way to get FNB to pay attention.

I pay my fees every month for the FNB Law on Call service, however I have only needed to make use of it twice now, and each time it is a drawn out process where it honestly feels like FNB will put more effort into trying not to help you than to provide a service as promised.

Law on Call is one of those services which you hope you will not have to use, but should be glad that you have it if the need arises. Not with FNB, they seem to have a knack of taking an already stressful situation and make it worse.

I have been waiting for some sort of resolution from FNB Law on Call since Wednesday, it is now Monday morning and I have yet to be adequately attended to, I have spent far too long on hold and been told too many times now that they will get back to me. It simply does not happen.

Sort this out FNB.
