How they trick the vulnerable people of society….

Went to Fnb to pick up Card, was asked by the consultant why don’t I change to Fusion Acc at no extra cost. That evening Fnb deducted R165; I lodged a complaint was told 24hrs they will respond. They also increased my overdraft which I never requested. Funny part, on the app, you can increase your overdraft but cannot decrease it….still waiting on them to respond and refund me the money they *******ly deducted from my Acc..
