How the hell is this the best bank?

How they are voted best bank is beyond me, in the past month, they froze my account, all my debit orders bounced, my salary was nowhere to be found, and not a single card worked.<br> <br> The so called PREMIER benefit is a lie, they were and by the looks of it still are incapable of actually sorting out this issue. Their excuse initially was when I phoned premier banking, is that they close at 13h00 on a Saturday, I phone the normal call center, and they say they cannot see what is wrong with my account. No cards, no EFT absolutely nothing works and they cannot help. <br> <br> Now more than 2 weeks later I receive a SMS that states I need documentation otherwise a FICA lock will be placed on my account. I bought a house via FNB a matter of months ago, how can they be this daft to actually get that there is no reason to place a FICA lock on anything if they already have EVERYTHING!!!<br> <br> You are a useless bunch that are only good at marketing and shifting blame, congrats!
