How so
Just called the fnb to change my life insurance policy.<br> After being transfered a couple of times and reaching the correct department. I was told the consultants in the department went out to a team building.<br> The entire department went on team building, so life must freeze over for a team building.<br> why not send half the staff and the other half on a different day?
