How safe is your money with FNB

I was ****med with Uber PAYMENTS that was **********ly debited from my account of over R100 in the month of FEBRUARY!

When I contacted FNB, my account was blocked and a new card was issued . There was no resolution and Was my funds refunded? NOPE....

I was then ****med AGAIN in November of an amount just under R300 and funds weren't reversed.

TODAY I was a victim AGAIN of the same *****ulen debited another amount of around R300 from Uber eats.

I barely use the Uber eats account and my card details are not even saved on the app. Secondly due the the mobile device I am using I cannot access Google and Uber eats needs Google. Thirdly I don't even have the app on my phone

When will this stop FNB? when I decide to take All my funds and close my account?

I want these funds reversed, my money refunded and a solution on how you are going to protect my funds in my account .
