How safe is your chids saving account with FNB?

I went to FNB on the 20 May 2015 to draw money from my childs saving account in FNB Alberton. I was treated as a ********. I was told the account was closed. This is a saving account so we don't really use it much or investigate how much is in there or not as we trust that FNB will take care of our childs money. Well I really got upset and I was taken to a room to speak to Charmain prior to speaking to 4 other people that could not attend to the problem. I was told that there was no money in the account and that I needed to pay R50 to reopen an account that I never closed so that they could start ***** investigations.Today I got a call from the ***** division after spending two days providing whatever FNB Alberton required to start an investigation to be told that we did not provide correct information and that the case was not opened. My child has saved all her birthday monies and her c****s around the house in this account. From a +- R6000 account to a zero balance on airtime purchases. On cell phone numbers that does not belong to me.It is so obvious that ***** was noticed and this account was closed with out notifying me. How true are you FNB?The process is exhausting.
