How safe is our money with FNB?

I cannot believe that to this day, FNB has not contacted me for moneys that were deducted over 4 months ago. I get a notification that i should my personal account is overdrawn yet no one can tell me who took my money from that account in the first place. i made more than 3 calls just to enquire, all i recieved was it a garnish but the will speak to that service provider, if i ask who it is they say the can see who it is.

so really how safe is our money with FNB even if it is a garnish i know about, i should at least be notified by such an action, whether i can agree to it or not.

From that call and several others, FNB still could not tell me where my money is. and I now have debit orders running daily or every second day.
