How rude!!!

Look, I was begged to upgrade to "FNB Private clients" at an additional cost per annum. Honestly, thinking I am a "private banking client", I would be treated like royalty, instead I was greeted by an arogant lady at the service que. Yes, I admitingly wass talking on my cellphone for which I appologised - I was distracted. Yes, she was doing her "job" , but surley thats not how you ask your "private banking" customer not to use a mobile inside a bank. "Stand outside" combined with a look that could ****!!!. Even worse, I declined to sit down while waiting for my ticket number. Again, like a school kid I was told to sit down or wait outside!!! I dont want to sit down FNB! I left school 13 years ago! I was so embarrased! My question is, as a "private banker", why am I treated the same (or even worse) way as when I was student with a blue cheque card? I dont see the point in having to pay the additional premium? Please get someone to phone me - I will be moving on... Pink, Yellow, Green cheque card, all the same at FNB. Just treat me with some respect. It was "fun" while it lasted.
