How Pathetic and horrible bank is fnb.

Good day. It so sad that since last week Tuesday FNB client service center consultant called me and promised that my money will be paid into my bank account until today nothing. Instead they are telling me to open a zero fee account at fnb so that they can transfer my money. I request more solid advice what to do with fnb. It's clear enough that they are not willing to refund me.... Such a big bank holding back R1900 from the 16th of June. I was just an innocent client who used the fnb deposit machine but now I suffer because fnb machine which had a technical problem while using it. I'm instructed to go to the branch and collect R1900 but when I tell them that I stay 88km away from the bank and who pay for my petrol they say they can't pay for my petrol. I forwarded my banking details from the start still there's nothing.
