How not to treat a customer

On 2 December 2015 I received an sms from FNB which read as follows: \Current arrears on your Home Loan is R***X-XX. Urgently rectify...".I have never skipped a payment in my life. m I signed for a Debit Order and it is not my problem if FNB fails to take what is payable to them. I don't want to receive a sms informing me that I am in arrears when I am not. called FNB and the call center was too busy to help my and I was asked to leave my name and number to enable FNB to call my back"
