How may we help you indeed

I app**** for a limit increase on my credit card last week and submitted the documents on Monday. This morning I followed up on the increase and it turns out my documents had not been received yet because I sent it to the incorrect address. (I just hit reply!) I spoke to Simone Van Der Merwe in limit increases, slightly panicked because I already made arrangements that needed to be paid for on Wednesday. I just checked my account for something else and there it is, the limit increase has been done. Thank you so much for the effort Simone.
