HOW MANY STUPID CALL CENTRE IDIOTS DO YOU NEED TO OPEN 1 ACCOUNT FOR A SPOUSE
Your customer service agents are horrible!!!! FNB does so well digitally but I just want to open a spouse account, having called FNB 3 Times now, and received 3 calls from confused or just plain dumb call center agents who do not know how to do anything, first they call my wife asking for myself, then they call me and say they need to call my wife, then no call to my wife- How many idiots in a call centre does it take to open a spouse account- Please improve this FNB
