How many complaints do I have to make?

My first HelloPeter, They said that my issue would be resolved. Never dit. My second HelloPeter, They apologised and said it would be fixed

Now, here we are again FNB. You've had all the evidence for months, and after 2 HelloPeter reports, you send me a communication from like 3 months ago, and tell me you are waiting on me, AFTER YOU CONFIRMED YOU HAD EVERYTHING AND WILL ATTEND TO IT!?

I mean is this a joke? Please can we resolve this matter so I can close my account with FNB urgently. You have just continuously **** and I will not bare the damages anymore. I also want a reversal of all my banking fees for the last 3 months as you have FAILED to provide the banking service I am paying for.
